关于我们

2019 年 3 月初, Transagent 经营者符合条件,取得铁路运输货物运输许可证 。

根据《铁路运输安全法》,我们获得了安全运输许可证。A 部分,确认我们 接受了铁路承运人的安全管理体系,以及 B 部分,确认铁路承运人采用了为 交通安全运行规定的具体要求。

交易代理人经营者是经认证的从事涉及危险货物运输的货物运输的经营者。

通过满足立法规定的所有条件, Transagent 运营商已成为塞尔维亚共和国境 内为数不多的私营铁路运营商之一。

我们的主要业务是运输原材料和制成品,以满足东南欧和西巴尔干地区炼铁 厂的需要,并在多式联运中提供穿梭运输服务,连接欧洲大陆内的码头和港 口。

作为我们的姐妹公司, Transagent Rail 也获得了铁路运营商的认证,其车队 中有可互操作的牵引车(如西门子金牛、庞巴迪 Traxx ),我们能够提供独 特的服务,在我们负责的区域内,我们能进一步提高的运输速度,并以这样 的方式来满足我们的客户和合作伙伴日益增长的需求。

      When and how do we collect personal data?

      We collect personal data when it is relevant for the purpose of you as our partner, client supplier, or potential employee when you apply to advertised vacancy or when you send us your CV regardless if there is advertised vacancy or not. Generally, we collect data direct from you when you contact us via email, phone or by post.

      What personal data do we collect?

      The personal data we collect from you directly can include your name and surname, company name, position, email address, mobile/landline telephone number or postal address.

      During selection process, for the purpose of taking up employment, we usually collect the following data: name and surname, employment history, level of education and your occupation. Please, be noted that we do not have defined application form (CV form), it is up to the candidate to define it by himself/herself. To this end, Transagent Operator may collect the more data than needed by the will of the candidate.

      We will retain the data collected during the process of recruitment and selection up to one year for the purpose of additional assessment.

      We will retain personal data from final candidates, (unelected for the position) up to 2 years only if we provide their consent for the purpose of additional assessment.

      During your visit the visit to our website www.transagent.rs , we may collect some information about you.

      Upon each visit to our website, information is sent automatically from your terminal device (internet browser) to our website, where such information is temporarily stored by us in so-called log files. This relates in particular to the following Information

      We take the security of your personal data very seriously. Transagent Operator implements appropriate organisational and technical measures that help create strong security controls that prevent personal data from unauthorized access, data loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration.

      We do not share personal information with third parties, except as necessary for our legitimate and legal needs, to carry out your requests, and/or as required or permitted by law or professional standards.

      We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy policy.  Personal data will be stored only for the time necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes they were originally collected and processed, otherwise for the time dictated by the relevant legal and/or regulatory framework, or for the necessary period of time for the exercise of claims or the defense of legal rights and legitimate interests.

      Once the retention period expires, personal data shall be deleted.

      Transagent Operator may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
